Chapter - 9
Hidden Story I :
On 17th of November,
I was totally praying
God nothing to happen bad, and I’ve called Deby to talk with her and make our
mind set such that nothing is going to happen today. We were talking about
yesterday’s incident and Deby was scolding Radha very badly. Mean while Deby got
a call from Manasa. I was on conference, but Manasa doesn’t know about me that I
was on conference. She spoke to Deby normally and she asked what has happened
yesterday between Ram and Deby.
After reaching to college, Ram was in front of my bus, Deby
came beside me and he was staring at us, as if we did something wrong with him.
He took his mobile out and was calling someone, it was none other than Manasa I
guess, he was scolding her like “I said you already to come early to college,
now I’m going to canteen come there directly”. We were not interested in
canteen so we went to class at regular time. Radha didn’t come to college on
that day and I remember it very well what has happened in canteen.
Ram
and Manasa went to canteen and sat just beside each other. Manasa started
telling to Ram that Deby has called her today morning and said her that “Ram doesn’t
deserve me, he is useless and she even said me not to talk to him”.
Ram got angry again, he
came to class and in interval he took Deby to canteen normally and he didn’t allow
me to join them as I was not his close friend that time. He said for a break up
with her without any reason he left her.
Deby came to class rushing
and I was quite surprise to see her face, she was trying to listen the class. I
was staring at her and noticed a sad face, but she was trying to hide her
feelings so that I shouldn’t notice it. In lunch break Ram stood up as
soon as bell rang, when lecturer left the class room he went to Manasa and
called her to company. I went to Deby and said “let’s go to canteen sis”. She
replied “Leave it bro, we are nothing to them”. I said “They are angry on us,
but it doesn’t mean that we should avoid them. They are our friends”.
Deby got up and stood near entrance of class, I too got my
bag and we both walked towards canteen, she said me “Ram said for a break up
today, I didn’t said anything and after that I came to class”. I was shocked
after hearing to it. She said “Bro, I’m unable to concentrate on anything, I’m
unable to forget him and feelings on him”. I said “Just leave it for now and
you can go for Love and all after studies”. Deby said “No bro, it’s not
possible now to forget it but I’ve to concentrate on my career too”. I said “okay
and leave the matter here itself. Just ignore them for some day and you will
feel better”.
After going to canteen, Ram was sitting beside Manasa and I took
a chair and place it for Deby to sit beside me. He was playing with Manasa’s
hair, pulling and making it narrow. Deby was looking at her lunch box and
having it. I was quiet surprise to see Manasa’s and Ram’s behaviour.
(My inner feeling : Manasa and Ram are like brothers
and sisters so they might be playing with Deby to make her jealous)
After lunch we went to class normally and it got repeated for
few weeks. After some months I’ve observed a rapid change in Ram’s and Manasa’s
mentality. They started ignoring Deby so much. They didn’t even invited Deby
when we three of us went for movies, Parks and Farm house.
